I am Nathan Schell, The Short King Fitness Coach and i am 5'3 125 lbs. My whole life I've been the little guy until I decided to make a change. The gym has always been apart of my life until I had a serious back injury and never took care of myself to properly heal. Over the next 10 years I was between being on WCB and then working jobs I hated. In 2017 I went back to school and studied Culinary and baking and pastry at the Pacific Institute Of Culinary Arts. After school I went from a Prep cook to Head Chef before my final back injury ending my career. I said to myself this is the last time so I took control of my destiny and QUIT drinking ALCOHOL!!! Now just over a year I made the craziest transformation ever and I'm ready to share my secrets.
